Physiotherapy Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of physiotherapy appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $60 fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will be charged at 100% of the consultation fee.

Class Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, class bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time will result in the session being forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival to your appointment or class may reduce the available treatment or session time in order to minimise disruption to subsequent bookings. Full session fees will still apply.
