Tadasana Physiotherapy is a boutique physiotherapy and movement space grounded in evidence-based care, intentional movement, and long-term wellbeing. Our approach blends physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, strength training, and restorative practices to support recovery, resilience, and confident movement through every stage of life.
Meet Tiffany
Tiffany completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology & Physiology at UNSW.
She developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation- in particular, treating patients with back pain. She believes her background in pilates and yoga provide powerful tools to support her patients along their rehab journey.
Tiffany’s experience working in musculoskeletal clinics and in the aged care sector has made her passionate about treating individuals of all ages, backgrounds and stages of recovery.
She truly believes that the patient should sit central to all decisions and be well informed & consulted throughout their treatment.
Her aim is to apply individualised and evidence-based care to empower others in making healthy lifestyle choices.

Joel completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney.
Joel is driven by the belief that effective recovery starts with a true partnership between therapist and patient. He places a high value on transparency and collaboration, supporting you to feel informed and confident throughout every stage of your care.
Joel enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in back pain management and post-operative rehabilitation. He uses a structured, evidence-based approach to navigate the complexities of recovery and rebuild physical confidence and long-term physical resilience.
He enjoys helping people return from injury to the activities they love most. Joel’s commitment to movement isn't just professional, it’s personal. When he isn’t in the clinic, you’ll likely find him surfing, playing sports, or exploring the outdoors. His firsthand appreciation for an active lifestyle fuels his dedication to helping his patients achieve their own version of peak wellness.
